This autumn is longer than usual because of anthropogenic climate change. I am guessing that some of you ate too much. When you eat too much, your body gives you the following clear signs.
For example your right ankle will be thicker than the left ankle. Another example is, the right side of your sixth dorsal vertebrae to the ninth dorsal vertebrae bulges in a small arc.
To adjust your stomach to a healthy state, you need to tune the sixth, eighth and tenth dorsal vertebra; the sacrum; and the outer thighs, with a hot gel pack or acupuncture.
Please recognize your body signs to become healthier. That is the first step to get back our healthier Earth.
